Buyer, you will be responsible for any shipping on returned items, with exceptions for damaged shipments and items. Once an order is shipped, the shipping cost you paid at the time of purchase is spent to ship your order out to you and therefore is no longer available to be refunded. Please provide a photograph of any damaged items so that the best course of action can be determined.
